Hello!
I was very happy to have an Os X version until I bought a MacBook. Seems that Rosetta (the emulator for softwares adapted to OSX on previous processors) does not like Playmaker Football! I have tried some tests without success. Any other experiences?

works dandy on my Macbook Pro
Not yet, but I'm looking into it.
I just downloaded V2.5 and it appears that I have to buy a new license. Is that true? If not, how do I register version 2.5 using my v2.4 registration information?
Also, I may have to upgrade to OSX.6 (from OSX.5) which does not support Rosetta. Will the Intel version be released soon?
Thanks,
Marty
2.5 requires a new registration key. Email support@playmaker.com to find out if your old registration is still valid.
2.5 (and 2.4 for that matter) are Universal apps and run on Intel.
Anyone having any success using PFMB with Lion OS? I can't get 2.4 or 2.5 to launch.
UPDATE With Brian's help, all is well. PMFB running fine on Lion.
It has been a while since I tried to play PMFB. It worked a couple of years ago 9yes, I strayed) but now I cannot get it to run. Deleting the plist files did not help.
Help?
What help did you get? What did you do to get it to run?
everybody here up and running. I will be testing 2.5 over the next few days and posting my thoughts... obviously mac based.
I've been using 2.5 for a while now with Leopard, Snow Leopard and Mavericks. Unless there's a new version of 2.5 (PLEASE!), it's very buggy, especially in Editor but in all phases. I went so far as to create new teams in 2.4 and converted to .pmf format instead of using 2.5. Crashes, too, so save early and often.
