Player stance

It would be possible to 'manually' control if a player is in a 2 or 3 point stance?

Thanx.

That's a nice suggestion...

Re: Player stance

What would it really change? I know that it may affect speed in real life, but does it serve any purpose other than cosmetic in PMFB?

Re: Player stance

It depends on the code of the program, if starting in a 2 or 3 point stance doesn't affect at all a player perfomance then it is just graphics.

Re: Player stance

In my humble opinion, the stance of the player does effect how the game works.
Especially on defense from what I can see.

Re: Player stance

Is it the stance or the instruction given? I'd love to hear from Brian on this one to know if the stance is purely cosmetic...

Re: Player stance

I 99% sure that the stance is purely cosmetic at this point.  However, I think it's a good suggestion to both bring it under the control of the coach and have it affect the capability of the player (e.g. quickness in getting off the line, ability to deliver a run/pass block, etc.)
