The ultimate thrill in PlayMaker Football™ comes when you've created your own team and playbook complete with AI that reflects your coaching strategy, and you square off against another player who has done the same.
If you want to see how good your overall game plan and strategy are, simply sit back and let the computer play the teams off against each other.
If you want to test your on-the-spot coaching abilities you'll probably want to call the plays yourself (in this case you don't need have the AI strategy in your playbook).
Finally, if you think you can do a good job of playing on the field, you can manually direct the ball carrier and quarterback, and against the computer, direct the middle linebacker.
If you click the Multiple Games checkbox when at the Game Opponents dialog, PlayMaker Football™ will play an unlimited amount of games with the currently selected opponents. This is an excellent way to obtain a large sampling of games against a particular opponent in preparation for a game.
